Acara yang digelar tiga hari ini, Perhapi Kutim mengirim 14 orang delegasi diantaranya GM MOD Hendro Ichwanto dan GM ESD Wawan Setiawan, serta Ketua PERHAPI Kutim Seno Syahrin.
